CNY Diet Tips
Don't wanna gain weight after Chinese New Year because Valentine's is around the corner? Wanna look hot wearing your nice nice CNY clothes without showing your fats? Don't wanna hea " Eh, you look fatter already! After you came back from the CNY holidays, Simply just follow the tips below, you will not gain weight for sure! But not promising you'll lose weight though. =)
1. Very delicious and tempting hor your Chinese New Year's reunion dinner? Hahah. Of course you must eat lah right! If not you'll feel sorry for yourself too. Or or your grandma will be nagging at you why don't wanna eat and a lot of dramas will happen on that night one. Haha. So. You eat everything! But remember, not the animal skins! (Crazy Cassie at all the chicken skin that day while we were throwing all away, Scary!) Don't eat too much rice of course. Carbs people! If you don't eat so much rice that time then you can eat more dishes right? Better still if you don't eat rice at all!
2. You know I hate this feelings the most. I love cookies! Especially pineapple tart, chocolate cookies, butter cookies, almond cookies, and what's it called? Kueh Ka Pek right? The thing is, this is the most fattening stuff ever during CNY! What? It's made of FLOUR, butter, a lot of SUGAR, soda powder sometimes... It's an addiction! Once you eat one, you cannot stop already one even though you told yourself before "I just wanna try only!" At the end you yourself also don't know how much you "tried" already. I know oneeeeeee. Cuz I'm one of them. Sigh!
3. Don't drink soft drinks lah please. Bad for health, and it's also called "Sugar water" to me. Drink more lah, later you become like lollypop. - BIG AND ROUND. Very sweet also. Got Diabetes that time see sweet or bitter!
4. Do a bit of exercise even though you feel lazy! I suggest hulla hoop! Hahahah. Don't waste your time on those plastic one lah smart. Use cane or the one with beans in there! I'm using that =) Don't sit after you eat. Walk around first. (I'm trying very hard on that.. Sigh I love sleeping after eating too FYI) Don't ever do that!
5. No supper! REMEMBER. NO SUPPER!
